問題　次の英文の内容を８０字～１００字の日本語に要約せよ。ただし、句読点も字数に含める。

From the outset, our civilisation has been structured in large part around the concept of work. But now, for the first time in history, human labour is being systematically eliminated from the economic proocess, and , in the coming century, employment as we have come to know it is likely  to disappear. The introduction of a new generation of advanced information and communication technologies, together with new forms of business organisation and management, is forcing millions of workers into temporary jobs and unemployment lines. While unemployment is still relatively low, it can be expected to climb continuously over the coming decades as the global economy fully enters the Information age. We are in the early stages of a long-term shift from mass labour to highly skilled "elite    labour", accnompanied by increasing automation in the production of goods and the delivery of services. Factories and companies withhout a workforce are beginning to appear. These developments, however, do not necessarily mean a dark future. The gains from this new technological revolution could be shared brodly among all the people. by greatly reducing the working week and creating new opportunities to work on socially useful projects outside the market economy.

文章をまとめるということは、「動詞の因果関係」の箇所を探すということと同視できます。

ここでは冒頭に「文明は労働と深い関連性がある」といっています。そうするとその後の文の展開としては「原因」を説明するか、「結果」にもっていくか、それとも何のことかを具体的に説明するか（具体化）の３方向のどれかでしょう。この文では、「今後、その関係は消えていく」とありますから「時系列」が未来に向かっていくことがわかります。「変化」が生まれるとあるので「理由」を知りたいところです。後ろに「情報の展開の仕方が原因になっている」とあります。ここまでをまとめると「我々の文明社会は、労働と深い関係性を持ってきた。しかし昨今の情報の展開の変化によってこの関係性は消えていくことが予想される。さらに製造部門でも自動化が進み、従来の労働への需要が大きく低下するだろう。」（１００字）さらに文を読み進めていくとこの流れは「新たな社会活動の萌芽として歓迎すべきだ」とあります（２０字）。合計すると１２０字になってしまいます。そこで意味の近い箇所を切り取ります。「情報の展開の変化によってこの関係性は消えていく」と「製造・・・」はほぼ同義反復ですから後半を削ります。
